2026-10-16 — Clarify the public source entry
- Before: the public GmailInbox tree was titled only Gmail Workspace, required copying an absent environment template, linked a missing distribution guide, and described the current repository as private.
- After: the README names the public source distribution, links the tracked setup/export guides, explains local configuration, and preserves the existing script commands and privacy policy.
- Proof scope: tracked-file/link/script checks and byte-exact reversal of the bounded prose edits. All other original blobs and modes must remain unchanged.
- Limits: OAuth, providers, Next.js/app execution, UI, host behavior, export safety, and SEO were not tested by this documentation change.
